Chiropractor adjusts work for animals big and small - Boston Globe, Aug. 28, 2015

 

I am  always taking continuing education courses for both humans and animals. My next certification course will be:

 

Animal Neuro-Myofascial Release Technique: a procedure which has proven to be effective with dogs, cats, horses and other animals suffering from disc issues, pinched nerves, muscle or joint pain. This course will also cover kinesio-taping for large and small animals.

 

Kinesiology tape was designed to facilitate the animal's natural healing process while allowing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting their range of motion.

It is used to successfully treat a variety of orthopedic, neuromuscular, neurological and other medical conditions in humans. It is believed that animals can obtain the same benefits that have been demonstrated in human use of kinesiology tape.

 

Kinesiology tape is used to:
